Note: In order to pass Practicum I, EA candidates need to be at Level 3 (increasing consistency and independence) or above for at least 80% of all the practicum outcomes and related skills and/or have the approval of the Langara Practicum Supervisor.
In the Langara EA Evaluation, a level “5” means that they can take ownership and self-initiate skills as a practicum student. This does not mean they should be performing as a master Education Assistant with years of experience.
